Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ILIA products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Navigate to our online returns center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print your prepaid USPS shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original box or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
